Users may register on the Website to become Members prior to the completion of any transaction on the Website. Guest checkout will be provided with a user account on completion of purchase.
To register on the Website, the User will have to provide Personal Information (as defined in the Privacy Policy), including but not limited to name, e-mail, contact number, contact address, and customer verification question (example: your mother's maiden name), which will be used for verification purposes.
Registration is only a one-time process, and if the Member has previously registered, he/she shall log in/sign into his/her account.

In the event of a User wishing to make a purchase, the User may be required to register on the website after adding the item(s) to the shopping cart. If the product value is over ₹50,000, at the time of purchase, the Members shall also provide the mandatory information required under the law Permanent Account Number (PAN) and/or GST number.
Orders are normally considered complete only after the payment has been received by PURE TRACES.
To confirm the orders, PURE TRACES may at random, call up the Members who have placed orders through the Website and ask the Member a verification question. PURE TRACES will confirm the order only after the verification question is answered by the Member.
Once the purchase of item(s) is confirmed, PURE TRACES:
In the event that the bank rejects to honor any payment transaction made by a Member towards an order, PURE TRACES shall have the right to refuse to ship the order to the Member without any liability whatsoever.
PAN CARD proof is mandatory for orders above Rs. 200,000. The order will be canceled if the customer fails to produce the same.
100% Refund for Returns Within 15 Days. No Questions Asked. (Not Applicable on Engraved and Personalized Products)
We offer a 100% refund on returned items within 15 days from the date of purchase, and there are no questions asked. Please note that this policy does not apply to engraved or personalized products.
For orders delivered in India:
Up to 100% of the invoice value
Up to Rs. 1,00,000 for Diamond Jewellery.
Please be aware that this policy is not applicable to orders outside India (to Australia, the United Kingdom, Singapore, Dubai, and other countries).
You can exchange or upgrade your Jewelry anytime with the following terms:
Diamond Jewellery:
Receive 100% of the prevailing diamond value
Please note that the Lifetime Exchange is not applicable to international orders. In case of any discount provided during the original purchase on the metal and stone value, an equivalent amount will be deducted from the Exchange amount, with a maximum deduction value of Rs. 10 lakhs.
Sell your diamond Jewelry back to us with the following terms:
Receive Up to 80% cashback equivalent on market value
Please note that the maximum deduction value for Lifetime Buyback is Rs. 10 lakhs. This policy is not applicable to international orders.
In case of 15-day money-back and cancellation, ONLY the principal amount will be refunded to the customer.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days in the same account that the contribution has been made.
For physical Invoice copies, the same terms and conditions as mentioned on the website will be followed.
The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate any portion of the Website or the Services offered by the Company for any reason, without notice and without liability to you or any third party. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms of Use so that you will be apprised of changes, if any.
