15-day Money Back Policy

Once the product is returned under our 15 Day Money Back policy, the refund will be credited to your source account. You may choose to either make another purchase using the same or get the amount refunded to your bank account.

• 1. For cash on delivery orders, Bank details of the customer on whose name invoice was issued will be required. The refund will be processed to the designated bank account within 7-10 days’ time.
• 2. For prepaid orders, the amount will be credited to the payment source Account (Credit Card/Debit Card /Net Banking).

How do I return the product within 15 days?

• * First select the item that you wish to return from here and raise a return ticket request.
• * Ready your jewellery in the original packing material along with the certificate.
• * Once a return request is raised, one of our logistics partners will contact you within 24-48 hrs and will reach out to you.
• * You will receive a tamper-proof packet from the delivery partner. Please secure your jewellery in it and seal it before the pickup person arrives at your doorstep.
• * Once the packet is sealed, the packet cannot be opened unless destroyed. Once sealed, please hand over the packet to our delivery partner.
• * Please collect an acknowledgement (pickup receipt on paper/ photo of tracking number/ SMS confirmation of pickup)
• * Once we receive the product at our office, the standard verification process will be done within the next 48 hrs.
• * Once the verifications are completed, your refund will be initiated to your source account in the next 2-4 working days. In case of uncertainty, our customer support team will get in touch with you.
